Our Story

Bayou Office Machines was founded in 1996 by a family who believed businesses in South Louisiana deserved better. Better service on copiers and printers, faster delivery, and honest pricing. What started as a small operation in Larose has grown into a trusted name in services across Lafourche, Terrebonne, St. Charles, St. James, and Jefferson parishes. The service area has grown and our values have not.

30+ Years and Counting

For over 30 years, Bayou Office Machines has helped businesses of every size find the right office equipment. Parish government buildings, school districts, medical practices, churches, and multi-billion-dollar oil-field service outfits across our service parishes. Technology has changed in that time — basic analog copiers gave way to networked multifunction systems, cloud scanning, and secure print release. One thing has not changed. When service is needed, Bayou Office Machines shows up fast and fixes it right.

Family Owned, Locally Operated

Bayou Office Machines is not a national chain. Not a call center either. When a customer calls the shop, the person on the other end knows the account, knows the equipment model, and knows the exact roads between Larose and the customer's office. Every Bayou Office Machines technician is factory-trained on Toshiba and Brother. Most service calls across Lafourche, Terrebonne, St. Charles, St. James, and Jefferson parishes are completed within two to four hours of the phone ringing.
