We have stayed a size where our team recognizes a business by name, not just an account number. That is on purpose. It means when you call, whoever picks up already has a sense of your machine, your setup, and what has come up before. There is no re-explaining the whole situation from scratch every time.

It Shapes How We Handle Everything Else

That same approach carries into how we service equipment, how we write up contracts, and how we talk about pricing. We would rather have a straightforward conversation than hide behind fine print.
